Registration
Registration is in $AUD and covers facility hire, equipment, some meals, etc - see list below. Please arrange your own flights / travel to the venue and accommodation.
Main Location is Clifton Hill Hall (69 Hodgkinson St Clifton Hill).

Inclusions
Organised by the VCCC, all events require a ticket. => Friday Dinner & Awards: Fri 6-10pm at The Hotel Windsor. All ages. Dress Business to Cocktail. Includes multiple courses and drinks on arrival. Parents are encouraged to purchase a Friday Dinner ticket to socialise with other parents. We will aim to put students together on the same table. => Two-Day Youth Pass: Sat 9am – 8pm & Sun 9am – 4pm at Clifton Hill Hall. Includes lunch, morning and afternoon tea, Sat dinner ticket, all materials and transport on Sunday to the excursion venues. Students under 18 must be signed in/ out by a parent upon arrival/ pick up. Parents who drop-off/ pick-up their child do not need a ticket. => One-Day Adult Pass: Sat 9am – 5pm. Includes lunch, morning tea and afternoon tea and materials for the day. Suitable for STEMM Professionals, educators and interested parents. => Youth Un-conference Dinner (Open to all youth, not just STEMM) Saturday 5-8pm at Clifton Hill Hall. This ticket is included in the Two-Day Youth Pass but is also available for separate purchase. It includes a meal, fun activity and soft drink / juice (strictly alcohol-free event) for youth from Year 9 to 30 years old. Parents can drop-off and pick up their child or hang out in the “Parent lounge” (class room). => Please check the FAQ if you are a parent or guardian of a child. => Media & sponsors should check their information pack for inclusions. => Times & activities are approximate & are subject to change.
Limited travel scholarships of up to $400 are available for eligible Student & Early Career (SEC) registrants. Register & pay for the Summit and then Apply for a scholarship before the early bird date. Successful applicants will be reimbursed after attending the Summit and meeting all requirements.

Do I need to be Croatian to attend the Summit?
No - you don't have to be Croatian but you should have a strong interest in Croatia. Having Croatian heritage is a plus and we will be talking about Croatian and EU study and work opportunities. The program is in English.

Who is the STEMM Summit for/ which registration should I purchase?
• The STEMM Summit is for adults & for students from Year 9 onwards. Professional behaviour is always required. Participants with infants or other needs, contact us via the form below to see how we can support. Note: Anyone under 18 years must be dropped off & picked up in person, each day, by a parent or legal guardian. The parent is welcome to purchase an Adult Pass or none at all. • Adult Professional: STEMM professionals e.g. active to semi-retired scientists, engineers, IT specialists, analysts, medical clinicians, academics, industry experts, STEMM secondary teachers & similar. We also welcome Croatian language teachers & STEMM employers. • SEC: Students & Early Career professionals from Year 9 to university (both undergrad & postgrad) & anyone who graduated from a STEMM qualification or equivalent in the last five years/ is working in a STEMM field. • We warmly welcome eligible Mladi / Youth to our events who are not just STEMM.
Can I attend the Summit online?
This is a face-to-face event. However, some guest speakers living overseas may join us online.
My circumstances changed. Can I get a refund?
A refund of the registration amount is possible within the following dates. Payment processing fees cannot be refunded. Refunds are processed after the Summit. a) Notify us by 25 September 2026 = 100% refund of registration amount. b) Notify us by 2 October 2026 = 50% refund of registration amount. c) There are no refunds after 3 October 2026.
